Congratulations! The fact that you have found us means you are curious about one of the fastest growing fitness movements on Earth. It doesn’t matter what brought you here: a devoted friend’s persistence, a coach or doctor’s recommendation, or maybe inspiration from the latest Reebok commercial…regardless, welcome to CrossFit Rigor!

The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit does not discriminate. Whether you are 50 years old, or have just completed your 50th marathon, are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod…CrossFit will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes CrossFit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. CrossFit bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day, are designed for anyone to do them.

Yes, anyone.

“Scalability” is a word that you will hear frequently here at CrossFit Rigor. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for all of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone. Your workout = your pace.

{p.s. We refer to workouts as WODs – “workouts of the day” – because acronyms are fun!}

      Have you done CrossFit before? We are running a Bootcamp Class for beginners for the time being. We meet at Aquatore Park in Blaine at 6 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday and 11am on Sundays. Come by and catch a workout with us and we can chat more about memberships.

  2. Do you have a physical gym site?
    What class times are available for beginners (new to crossfire, but not to weights or bootcamp workouts)?
    I am looking for morning.

    • Hi Lois,

      We are about 1 month outside of opening the gym. We’re running the bootcamp class right now at 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday and 11am on Sunday. Once the we have to gym open we will be offering 5:30 am classes monday through friday.

      If you are antsy to get started though I do suggest trying to make it out to one of the bootcamp classes. This way we can meet and see how CrossFit will help with your fitness goals.

  3. I belong to Lifetime, but am looking for something new. I work the night shift, so I’m looking for a 8:00 am class (hope no one minds if I get there late). 6:00 pm hard with dinner and kids.

  4. Do we have to be a member to participate in a bootcamp class ? I’m curious about pricing & if you would consider doing a sponsorship for a pageant- I have a packet full of the information regarding this.

    • The bootcamp is open to everyone. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Friday 6pm and sunday at 11am. Fees for the at $10 for 1, $35 for 5, and $45 for 10. Tomorrow we’ll be hosting a workout at 9am for the holiday and friday there wont be any class. I hope you get to make it out.

      Unfortunately we don’t have the mean to do any sponsorships at this time.
