The Whole Life Challenge is right around the corner. For anyone interested in joining the group, we have created a Facebook Group to help with sharing recipes, stories, help getting talked off a gluten or dairy craving ledge! If you’re interested Friend/Message Erin Demlow (I’m only 1 of 3 ) and I’ll let in on all the action.
We are confirmed for September 7th at 11:30am. We have 2 hours blocked, this leaves 10 spaces available at $20 per person so I need to know a list of who is interested in this. It’s an extremely accurate way to get your body messurements for our Before WLC!
Here’s a little more information on that. The cost for that will be $20 a person per visit. (Once I nail down this first visit we’ll start narrowing down an After date)

Sign up sheet for Meat. Looking to find out who would be interested in a Meat Share. The more people we involve the less the cost (but also less meat….) So make sure to sign up for that if you’re interested.
